摘要	在急性期周围性面瘫患者中探讨中医特色护理方法的应用及效果。方法研究开展的时间跨度为2021年2月－2022年2月；在该阶段对研究样本进行明确，主要来源于在我院接受肿瘤内科治疗的患者，选取典型代表160例进行具体分析，采用计算机及相关软件对所有的患者进行编号，并使用软件分组。其中接受常规护理的80例患者分为参照组，另外80例患者护理过程中采用中医特色护理，视为研究组。对两组护理期间的情况进行详细观察与记录，并进行对比分析。结果进行两组护理后总有效率比较，研究组优势明显高于参照组（P＜0.05）；对两组患者生活质量情况进行分析，护理后评分较高的小组为研究组，其优势明显优于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论在急性期周围型面瘫患者中采用中医特色护理方法，能够有效地促进患者生活质量提高，同时还能够提升临床效果，可加大推广力度，并具有较高的适用性。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application and effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods in patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis. Methods: The time span of the study was from February 2021 to February 2022; at this stage, the research samples were clarified, mainly from patients receiving medical oncology treatment in our hospital, and 160 typical representatives were selected for specific analysis. Computers and related software number all patients and use software to group them. Among them, 80 patients who received routine care were divided into the reference group, and the other 80 patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing during the nursing process, which was regarded as the research group. Detailed observations and records of the two groups during the nursing period were carried out, and a comparative analysis was carried out. Results: Comparing the total effective rate after nursing between the two groups, the research group had a significantly higher advantage than the reference group (P<0.05). The quality of life of the two groups of patients was analyzed, and the group with higher scores after nursing was the research group, with obvious advantages. better than the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods in patients with acute peripheral facial paralysis can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, and at the same time can improve the clinical effect, which can be promoted and has high applicability.
