| 摘要 |
分析并讨论专科护理门诊护理对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管肿瘤患者自我管理能力及相关并发症的影响。方法 以2022年2月至2024年为研究时间，随机选取此时间段内我院收治的且需行中心静脉导管肿瘤的患者共110例，依次纳入随机分组程序，设置组名为专科组与一般组，分别以不同护理方式对患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管进行护理。对比患者自我管理能力及相关并发症。结果 专科组ESCA各维度评分均高于一般组、并发症发生率低于一般组，经检验有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论 专科护理门诊护理在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管肿瘤患者中可进一步提高自我管理能力，并可进一步降低相关并发症。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze and discuss the effects of specialist nursing outpatient care on the self-management ability and related complications of patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheters. Methods Taking February 2022 to 2024 as the research time, a total of 110 patients with central venous catheter tumors admitted to our hospital during this period of time were randomly selected and included in the randomization program. Patient self-management ability and related complications were compared. Results The scores of ESCA in the specialist group were higher than those in the general group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the general group, and the statistical difference was better (P<0.05). Conclusion Specialist careOutpatient care in patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheter tumors can further improve self-management and further reduce associated complications.
