| 摘要 |
探析高血压患者采用细节管理联合心理护理的效果。方法 2022年1月1日—2023年12月31日期间，在我院就诊脑梗塞1940例，高血压514例，按照随机数字表法均等地分为两组，对照组（脑梗塞970例，高血压257例，常规护理）与观察组（脑梗塞970例，高血压257例，细节管理联合心理护理）各包含1227例，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组患者血压以及情绪状态改善效果优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 细节管理联合心理护理，可稳定患者心态，进而实现稳定血压的目的，值得推荐。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of detailed management combined with psychological nursing in patients with hypertension. Methods From January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023, 1940 cases of cerebral infarction and 514 cases of hypertension were treated in our hospital. They were equally divided into two groups according to random number table method: control group (970 cases of cerebral infarction and 257 cases of hypertension) and observation group (970 cases of cerebral infarction and 257 cases of hypertension). Detail management combined with psychological nursing) each included 1227 cases, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The improvement of blood pressure and emotional state in observation group was better than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Detailed management combined with psychological nursing can stabilize patients mentality and achieve the purpose of stabilizing blood pressure, which is worthy of recommendation.
