| 摘要 |
探析环状混合痔（CMH）手术患者行个性化护理的价值。方法 2023年4月~2024年4月，在我院1200例接受CMH手术的患者中选取200例，随机分组，对照组100例+常规护理，观察组100例+个性化护理，分析组间影响。结果 干预后，观察组康复指标、疼痛评分、生活质量均较对照组更优（P<0.05）。结论 CMH手术患者行个性化护理获得了确切效用，可借鉴。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of individualized nursing for patients undergoing annular mixed hemorrhoids (CMH) surgery. Methods From April 2023 to April 2024, 200 cases of 1200 patients receiving CMH surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group (100 cases + routine nursing) and observation group (100 cases + personalized nursing) to analyze the influence between groups. Results After intervention, the rehabilitation index, pain score and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing for patients undergoing CMH surgery is effective and can be used for reference.
