| 摘要 |
以提高儿科护理水平为研究目标，在临床护理中实施人性化护理，明确其对儿科护理工作的影响。方法 以2024年1月2日～2024年6月30日我院妇儿科接受诊疗的患儿为分析对象，共计95例，对各个患儿进行编号后采取随机抽取法设置成对照组（49例）、观察组（46例），分别以常规手段、人性化护理手段实施两组护理干预，对两组护理质量及家长对护理满意度等干预情况进行分析。结果 护理质量方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更高（P<0.05）。满意度方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更高（P<0.05）。结论 在临床护理中实施人性化护理，有利于提高儿科护理质量，为儿科患儿家长提供更为满意的护理方案，这对提高儿科护理水平有着重要意义。

| Abstract |
Objective To improve the level of pediatric nursing as the research goal, to implement humanized nursing in clinical nursing, to clarify its impact on pediatric nursing work. Methods A total of 95 children receiving treatment in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from January 2, 2024 to June 30, 2024 were analyzed. Each child was numbered and randomly selected to form a control group (49 cases) and an observation group (46 cases). Two groups of nursing intervention were implemented by conventional means and humanized nursing means, respectively. The intervention of nursing quality and parents satisfaction with nursing were analyzed. Results In terms of nursing quality, the values in the observation group were higher than those in the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of satisfaction, the values of the observation group were higher than those of the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing in clinical nursing is beneficial for improving the quality of pediatric nursing and providing more satisfactory nursing plan for parents of pediatric children, which is of great significance to improving the level of pediatric nursing.
