膳食因素在痤疮发病中的作用

摘要
寻常痤疮是一种好发于青春期并主要累及面部毛囊皮脂腺单位的慢性炎症性皮肤病,对患者的身心影响较大。多项研究表明,膳食因素影响可寻常痤疮的疾病进展,本文通过查阅国内外相关文献对各种膳食因素在痤疮发病及病程进展的影响进行综述,为该病的防治提供参考依据。
Abstract
Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that occurs during puberty and involves mainly the sebaceous units of the facial hair follicles, and has a profound physical and mental impact on patients. A number of studies have shown that dietary factors affect the disease progression of acne vulgaris, and this paper reviews the influence of various dietary factors on the incidence and progression of acne by referring to relevant literature at home and abroad, to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of this disease.
