Objective: To explore the application effect and patient satisfaction of psychological nursing intervention in the care of elderly Parkinsons patients. Method: 80 elderly Parkinsons patients who received treatment in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received psychological nursing intervention. Compare the psychological status and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Result: The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing intervention has significant application effects in the care of elderly Parkinsons patients. Through psychological nursing intervention, not only can the psychological state of patients be effectively improved, negative emotions such as anxiety and depression be reduced, but also patient satisfaction can be enhanced. This nursing model is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
