This study aims to explore the characteristics and coping strategies of employment anxiety among post-2000 rehabilitation therapy major college students. Analyze the current employment situation and problems faced by post-2000 rehabilitation therapy major college students, reveal the characteristics of their employment anxiety psychology, and propose corresponding coping strategies. Research has found that post-2000s rehabilitation therapy major college students face problems such as imbalanced supply and demand in the job market, mismatch between professional skills and job demands, employment concepts, and psychological pressure during the employment process. These problems lead to their widespread anxiety and anxiety about future employment, insufficient self ability and confidence, sensitivity to social and economic pressures, and uncertainty about the employment environment and competition. To cope with these anxiety psychology, a series of coping strategies have been proposed in the study. The proposed coping strategies were evaluated through empirical research, and the results showed that these strategies have certain effectiveness in alleviating employment anxiety among post-2000 rehabilitation therapy major college students. These research results are of great significance for guiding the employment preparation and mental health of college students majoring in rehabilitation therapy.
