| 摘要 |
随着医疗技术的不断进步，肺外结核的诊治水平得到了显著提升。然而，患者的康复过程并不仅仅局限于医院内的治疗，出院后的延续性护理同样至关重要。本文综述了近年来肺外结核患者延续性护理的研究进展，包括延续性护理的概念、模式等，旨在为肺外结核患者的全面康复提供科学、有效的护理指导。

| Abstract |
With the continuous progress of medical technology, the diagnosis and treatment level of external pulmonary tuberculosis has been significantly improved. However, the process of patient rehabilitation is not limited to treatment within the hospital, and continuity of care after discharge is equally critical. This paper reviews the recent research progress in continuous care of extranpulmonary TB patients, including the concept and model of continuous care, aiming to provide scientific and effective nursing guidance for the comprehensive rehabilitation of external pulmonary TB patients.
