| 摘要 |
探析重症呼吸衰竭患者应用集束化护理的作用效果。方法 随机把2022年1月-2023年12月间收治60例重症呼吸衰竭患者分对照组（n＝30，常规护理）与观察组（n＝30，集束化护理），比较两组护理结果。结果 观察组肺功能、心率、呼吸频率、VAS评分改善效果优于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，舒适度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 重症呼吸衰竭患者应用集束化护理有助于改善患者肺功能，减轻其消极情绪，稳定各项生理指标，提高患者舒适度，降低并发症，值得推荐。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing in patients with severe respiratory failure. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023, 60 patients with severe respiratory failure were randomly divided into control group (n = 30, routine care) and observation group (n = 30, cluster care), and the nursing results of the two groups were compared. Results The improvement of lung function, heart rate, respiratory rate and VAS score in observation group was better than that in control group, the complication rate was lower than that in control group, and the comfort score was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of cluster nursing in patients with severe respiratory failure can improve lung function, reduce negative emotions, stabilize physiological indexes, improve patient comfort, and reduce complications, which is recommended.
