| 摘要 |
分析对肾结石手术患者应用手术室人性化护理的效果。方法 抽选2021年3月-2023年3月于我院就诊的肾结石患者200例，以简单随机法分100例为对照组实施常规手术室护理，另外100例为观察组则增加人性化护理，对比两组护理前后的负性情绪以及心理韧性情况；结果 护理前，两组负性情绪以及心理韧性情指标差异不显著，P﹥0.05,护理后观察组各项指标优于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 对肾结石患者实施人性化护理的效果较好，可改善患者的术前焦虑和抑郁，给患者打造较好的护理体验增加心理韧性，利于手术效果向良发展。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of applying humanized nursing care in the operating room for patients undergoing kidney stone surgery. Methods 200patients with kidney stones who visited our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into a control group of 100 cases who received routine operating room care, and an observation group of 100 cases who received humanized care. The negative emotions and psychological resilience before and after nursing were compared between the two groups; Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in negative emotions and psychological resilience indicators between the two groups, P>0.05. After nursing, the observation group had better indicators than the control group, with a significant difference, P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing for patients with kidney stones has a good effect, which can improve preoperative anxiety and depression, create a better nursing experience for patients, increase psychological resilience, and promote the development of surgical outcomes.
