摘要
探究新医科背景下以团队为基础的高龄体验教学法在提升实习护生老年共情能力中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年11月~2024年4月于我院老年病科100名护理实习学生,所有护生均实施以团队为基础的高龄体验教学法,对比实施教学前后的教学效果。结果 实施教学后KAOP和CAI评分均显著高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在新医科背景下实施以团队为基础的高龄体验教学法能够显著提高实习护生的老年共情能力和护理质量,具有应用价值。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of team-based experience teaching method for the elderly in improving the empathy ability of nursing interns in the context of new medicine. Methods A total of 100 nursing practice students were selected from the geriatrics Department of our hospital from November 2022 to April 2024. All nursing students were subjected to the team-based experience teaching method, and the teaching effect before and after the implementation was compared. Results KAOP and CAI scores were significantly higher after the implementation than before, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Under the new medical background, the team-based experience teaching method can significantly improve the empathy ability and nursing quality of nursing students, and it has application value.
