| 摘要 |
探讨急诊卒中患者护理中优质护理的效果。方法 选择2023年3月至2024年2月急诊诊治的卒中患者98例，随机分为观察组（急诊优质护理）与对照组（急诊常规护理）各49例，对比效果救治期间相关指标、急诊衔接情况。结果 观察组救治期间相关指标（就诊至检验科收到样本时间、接诊至急诊医师评估时间等）均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组急诊衔接情况（病患急救设备告知率、提前与救援车辆沟通率等）均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理应用于急诊卒中患者的护理期间对于救治效率的提升以及急诊衔接情况的改善存在促进作用，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in emergency stroke patients. Methods 98 stroke patients diagnosed and treated in the emergency department from March 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into the observation group (emergency high-quality nursing) and the control group (emergency routine nursing), 49 cases each, to compare the effect of relevant indicators and emergency department connection during treatment. Results The relevant indexes (sample receiving time from clinic to clinical laboratory, emergency physician evaluation time, etc.) in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The emergency department connection of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in the nursing period of emergency stroke patients has a good effect on the improvement of treatment efficiency and emergency department connection.
