Objective To analyze the clinical application value of evidence-based care in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods the study cases from March 2022 to March 2024 during our treatment of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy newborn 60 group study, group using random number table method, divided into observation group and control group, the number of newborns in each group is 30 cases, the control group newborns receive routine care, observation group newborns to carry out evidence-based nursing, analyze and compare the two groups of nursing effect. Results After the comparison of nursing results between groups, it showed that the incidence of adverse events and complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, (P <0.05); the growth index of newborns in the final observation group was better than that of the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based nursing intervention in the nursing of newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing services, reduce the excessive anxiety of neonatal family members, improve the cooperation degree of family members, so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse events and complications, and promote the efficiency of disease curies and growth and development of newborns.
