| 摘要 |
探讨急性一氧化碳（CO）中毒采取无缝隙护理的效果。方法 选取2022年9月至2023年12月诊治的急性CO中毒患者60例，随机分为观察组（无缝隙护理）、对照组（常规护理）各30例，对比效果。结果 观察组临床救治指标（院前院内急救时间等）、并发症发生率（呼吸系统感染等）、死亡率、好转率均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组痊愈率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 无缝隙护理可有效提升急性CO中毒患者的抢救效果，减少并发症，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of seamless nursing for acute carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute CO poisoning diagnosed and treated from September 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into observation group (seamless nursing) and control group (routine nursing) with 30 cases each. Results The clinical treatment index (pre-hospital emergency time, etc.), complication rate (respiratory infection, etc.), mortality rate and recovery rate of observation group were lower than those of control group (P<0.05). The recovery rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Seamless nursing can effectively improve the rescue effect of acute CO poisoning patients, reduce complications, the effect is good.
