穴位贴敷治疗儿童咳嗽临床疗效观察

| 摘要 |
观察穴位贴敷治疗儿童咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 选择我院儿科于2022年9月-2023年2月期间收治的68例咳嗽儿童，将68例病例随机分为对照组与治疗组，其中对照组的34例患儿给予常规西医治疗，治疗组的34例患儿在常规西医治疗基础上加用中药穴位贴敷治疗，疗程5天。对两组的中医证候疗效和中医证候积分及咳嗽症状缓解天数进行对比与评估。结果 两组中医证侯疗效比较，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）；中医证侯积分比较，治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组咳嗽症状缓解天数比较，治疗组短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 穴位贴敷治疗儿童咳嗽疗效较好，其价值有待深入研究。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application on childrens cough. Methods 68 children with cough admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from September 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, of which 34 children in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment, and 34 children in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment for 5 days. The efficacy of TCM syndromes, TCM syndromes scores and the days of relief of cough symptoms were compared and evaluated between the two groups. Results The curative effect of the two groups was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the two groups, the duration of relief of cough symptoms in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application is effective in the treatment of cough in children, and its value needs further study.
