| 摘要 |
分析血管介入治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者中采取针对性护理对睡眠质量的影响。方法 采取随机数字表法将本院在2022年2月-2023年2月期间收治的56例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者分为两组，即为参考组和实验组，每组28例，两组均采取血管介入治疗。其中前者行常规护理，后者采取针对性护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 护理后实验组睡眠质量评分低于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 血管介入治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者中采取针对性护理有助于改善患者的睡眠质量，提高患者的满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of targeted nursing on sleep quality in patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans undergoing vascular intervention therapy. Methods A random number table method was used to divide 56 patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 into two groups, namely the reference group and the experimental group, with 28 patients in each group. Both groups received vascular intervention therapy. The former received routine care, while the latter received targeted care, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The sleep quality score of the experimental group after nursing was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing care in vascular intervention therapy for patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans can improve their sleep quality and increase their satisfaction.
