| 摘要 |
本文旨在探讨现代手外科护理面临的挑战与实践。通过对年轮骨科医院15年间21512例手外科患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究，分析了病人谱的变迁、患者需求的变化、护理模式的演变以及患者满意度的变化。研究发现，随着时间的推移，病人谱、患者需求以及护理模式均发生了显著变化。为应对这些挑战，医院采取了综合培训、严格考核、提升能力、注重实效等措施，以提高护理质量。研究结果表明，这些措施有效地促进了护理质量的提升。

| Abstract |
This article aims to explore the challenges and practices in modern hand surgery nursing. Through a retrospective study of clinical data from 21,512 hand surgery patients over a 15-year period at Nianlun Orthopedic Hospital, the changes in the patient spectrum, patient needs, evolution of nursing models, and patient satisfaction were analyzed. The study found that over time, there have been significant changes in the patient spectrum, patient needs, and nursing models. To address these challenges, the hospital implemented measures such as comprehensive training, strict assessments, skill enhancement, and a focus on practical outcomes to improve nursing quality. The results show that these measures have effectively contributed to the improvement of nursing quality.
