| 摘要 |
研究ICU脑卒中后癫痫发作病人采取综合性护理对患者不良情绪的影响。方法 选用本院2023年2月-2023年2月收治的ICU脑卒中后癫痫发作患者46例，根据计算机系统随机分组，常规组进行常规康复护理干预，综合征则实施综合性护理。结果 经过比较分析，综合组患者的护理满意率明显高于常规组患者；综合组患者不良情绪评定明显低于常规组患者；两组基础数据均具有明显差异（P＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论 在治疗过程中实施综合护理干预措施能明显提高患者的生活质量水平，值得推广运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on the negative emotions of post-stroke epilepsy patients in ICU. Methods 46 patients with post-stroke epileptic seizures admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups based on a computer system. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention, while the syndrome group received comprehensive nursing. Results After comparative analysis, the nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that of patients in the conventional group; The negative emotion assessment of patients in the comprehensive group was significantly lower than that of patients in the conventional group; There is a significant difference (P<0.05) between the two sets of basic data, which is statistically significant. Conclusion Implementing comprehensive nursing interventions during the treatment process can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and is worthy of promotion and application.
