Objective To observe the value of implementing the immersive teaching method of SPOC in the practical teaching of cardiology nursing. Methods 50 intern nurses in the cardiology department of our hospital from June to December 2023 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into a control group (25, regular teaching) and an observation group (25, conducting SPOC immersive teaching). Evaluate the teaching effectiveness of two groups. Results The theoretical knowledge assessment and practical ability assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after teaching, P<0.05. The evaluation of internship nurse teaching showed that the observation group was higher than the control group in all dimensions, P<0.05. Regarding the comparison of teaching satisfaction between the two groups, the observation group was 100.00% (25/25), higher than the control group 80.00% (20/25), P<0.05. Conclusion Implementing SPOC immersive teaching in the process of cardiology nursing practice teaching can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability level of internship nurses, increase teaching satisfaction, and comprehensively ensure teaching quality.
