冰硼散联合京万红软膏治疗失禁性皮炎的效果

| 摘要 |
探讨研究在失禁性皮炎的临床治疗中，实施冰硼散联合京万红软膏的临床效果。方法 研究样本选取时间为2017年01月至2020年12月我科收治的80例失禁性皮炎患者，依据患者入院编号的奇偶性将其随机均分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者行一般京万红软膏治疗，观察组患者则联合冰硼散治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组病人的治疗总有效率90.00%高于对照组的治疗总有效率77.50%，组间比较有较大的差别（P＜0.05）。结论 在失禁性皮炎的临床治疗中实施冰硼散联合京万红软膏具有良好效果，可有效改善患者的临床症状，具有重要应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective: To study the clinical effect of bingboron powder combined with Jingwanhong ointment in the clinical treatment of incontinence dermatitis. Methods: 80 patients with incontinence dermatitis treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the parity of admission number. The patients in the control group were treated with general Jingwanhong ointment, and the patients in the observation group were treated with bingbengsan. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the total effective rate of 90.00% in the observation group was higher than 77.50% in the control group. There was a great difference between the groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the clinical treatment of incontinence dermatitis, bingboron powder combined with Jingwanhong ointment has good effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and has important application value.
