| 摘要 |
分析为慢性心力衰竭患者实施心脏超声检查的效果。方法 选择我院2023年7月至2024年7月收治的38例慢性心力衰竭患者作为观察组，另择同期38例健康体检者作为对照组，两组均接受超声检查，对比两组检查结果。结果 观察组左房内径、左室舒张末期内径、心力衰竭超声指数、N末端B型利钠肽原高于对照组，左室射血分数及心脏指数低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 应用超声技术诊断慢性心力衰竭能够显著区分健康人与患者，并对心脏进行一个全面的评估。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the effect of cardiac ultrasound examination in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: 38 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the observation group, and 38 healthy examination patients in the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups underwent ultrasound examination, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results: The left atrial diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, heart failure ultrasound index, N-terminal B natriuretic peptide were higher than the control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac index were lower than the control group, showing a statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of ultrasound technology to diagnose chronic heart failure can significantly distinguish between healthy people and patients, and make a comprehensive evaluation of the heart.
