Objective: To analyze the effect of low-dose aspirin combined with antihypertensive therapy on coagulation index of hypertensive disease patients during pregnancy. How: The number of pregnant women participating in this study is 80 cases. The study starts from July 2023 and ends in July 2024 for one year. The study is divided into two groups, control group and experimental group, with 40 pregnant women in each group. The patients in the control group are provided with conventional treatment, while those in the experimental group are provided with low-dose aspirin based on the control group. Blood pressure and coagulation function were analyzed, and maternal outcomes and neonatal outcomes were evaluated in both groups. Results: After treatment, the blood pressure level of the experimental group was significantly improved, p<0.05, and the coagulation function index was evaluated. After treatment, the coagulation function of the experimental group was significantly improved, p<0.05, and the maternal outcome and newborn outcome were evaluated, and the experimental group was significantly improved, P<0.05. Conclusion: Providing low dose aspirin combined with antihypertensive therapy for pregnant hypertensive patients can improve the coagulation index of patients, stabilize the blood pressure level of patients, and promote their recovery, which is worth advocating.
