With the thorough implementation of the "Several Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Integration of Production and Education" and the "Management Measures for the Collaborative Education Project of Industry-University Cooperation by the Ministry of Education," the innovation of foreign language teaching in universities has become imperative. Relying on the industry-university cooperation project of Beijing Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press (FLTRP) Online Digital Technology Co., Ltd., this paper delves into the importance, unique advantages, construction goals, core content, and specific implementation path of constructing an intelligent foreign language training platform that adheres to the principles of "learning by practice and teaching by assessment." By introducing the iTEST intelligent assessment cloud platform, this paper aims to significantly improve the quality of foreign language teaching in universities, realize a modern teaching model with the separation of teaching and examination, strengthen students autonomous learning abilities, and effectively align with the computer-based test trends of CET-4 and CET-6, thereby comprehensively enhancing students language application abilities and overall quality.
