| 摘要 |
探讨手术患者采取手术室术前访视与宣教护理的效果。方法 选取2020年4月至2021年5月行手术治疗患者100例，随机分为观察组（术前访视与宣教）与对照组（常规手术室护理）各50例，对比效果。结果 观察组负面情绪、睡眠质量评分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 手术室术前访视与宣教对采取手术治疗的患者来讲可减轻其负面情绪，改善睡眠，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of preoperative visits and educational nursing in the operating room for surgical patients. Methods 100 patients who underwent surgical treatment from April 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group (preoperative visit and education) and a control group (routine operating room nursing), with 50 patients in each group, and the effects were compared. Results The negative emotions and sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative visits and education in the operating room can alleviate negative emotions and improve sleep for patients undergoing surgical treatment, with good results.
