| 摘要 |
研究标准化综合护理改善慢性胃溃疡患者生活质量的作用。方法 抽取我院于2023年12月~2024年6月收治的52例慢性胃溃疡患者，随机系统对所有患者进行分配，将其分为传统组（26例）与研究组（26例）。最后对其患者生活质量情况、负面情绪指标进行统计分析。结果 经分析，研究组患者生活质量情况、负面情绪指标明显优于传统组，且两组数据对比在统计学上具有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论 将标准化综合护理方法应用于慢性胃溃疡治疗中，可以有效地优化患者负面情绪，从而提高患者生活品质，这种方法在临床上具有很大推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of standardized comprehensive nursing on improving the quality of life of patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Methods 52 patients with chronic gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from December 2023 to June 2024 were randomly assigned into a traditional group (26 cases) and a study group (26 cases). Finally, statistical analysis was conducted on the quality of life and negative emotional indicators of the patients. Results After analysis, the quality of life and negative emotional indicators of the study group patients were significantly better than those of the traditional group, and there was a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion Applying standardized comprehensive nursing methods to the treatment of chronic gastric ulcers can effectively optimize patients negative emotions and improve their quality of life. This method has great clinical value for promotion.
