Objective To analyze the clinical effect of predictive care in patients with idiopathic sudden deafness and their influence on their mental state and hearing level. Methods randomly selected 200 cases of idiopathic sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to July 2024. The patients were divided into 100 cases of the patients in the observation group and the control group, and the routine nursing services of the observation group, the results of the two nursing modes were compared. Results the two groups of final results, the observation group of compliance behavior compared with the control group was significantly improved, and patients anxiety significantly improved compared with the control group, hearing impairment and tinnitus symptoms improvement time are shorter than the control group, the hearing function and quality of life of patients is significantly improved compared with the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion predictable nursing application in the management of idiopathic sudden deafness patients, can effectively improve the clinical nursing service quality and patients compliance behavior, improve the bad psychological state, to reduce the difficulty of clinical nursing care, promote the efficiency of disease cure, make the patients hearing function can be recovered as soon as possible, improve the quality of life.
