Objective To analyze the effectiveness of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing services for patients undergoing hip replacement, and to compare the data to determine the nursing value. Methods In this study, 98 patients with hip replacement from January 2023 to January 2024 were divided into control group and experimental group (49 cases in each group) according to the order of hospitalization. The surgical indicators of patients in the two groups were used as data support for the value of this study to verify the effectiveness of nursing care and provide reference for clinical medicine. Results Through statistical data analysis, the experimental group had outstanding nursing effect and high feasibility, the postoperative recovery indicators of patients in this group were significantly shortened, and the overall nursing effective rate was as high as 95.91% (47/49), compared with the control group, the data difference between groups reached the P < 0.05 standard. Conclusion Orthopaedic rehabilitation nursing service can significantly promote the rehabilitation process of patients undergoing hip arthroplasty, accelerate the postoperative diet recovery, get out of bed time, and shorten the hospital stay to a certain extent. The application value is good, the overall nursing effectiveness can be reflected, and the acceptance and recognition of patients are high, so it is recommended to vigorously promote the application of this nursing program.
