盐酸米诺环素在皮肤病性病治疗中的临床特点研究

| 摘要 |
为加快皮肤病性病患者康复，改善患者预后效果，针对盐酸米诺环素在皮肤病性病患者治疗中的临床特点及应用价值做深入研究，为临床治疗提供有效参考依据。方法 回顾性分析2022年1月-2022年3月期间在本院接受治疗的皮肤病性病患者，共计30例，根据患者疾病类型分为三组（每组各10例）。观察1组（非淋球菌性尿道炎），观察2组（痤疮类），观察3组（皮肤感染类），根据病情实施不同剂量盐酸米诺环素，对比治疗总有效率。结果 经过两周的治疗，治疗总有效率观察1组80%、观察2组70%、观察3组100%，观察3组最高，组间数据P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 分析表明，采用盐酸米诺环素治疗皮肤病性病,可起到明显的临床治疗效果,同时加快患者康复时间，改善患者预后质量,尤其对皮肤感染类患者治疗效果最为显著，可用性较高，对此建议大力推广此项治疗方案。

| Abstract |
Objective: in order to speed up the rehabilitation of patients with skin diseases and sexually transmitted diseases and improve the prognosis of patients, we made an in-depth study on the clinical characteristics and application value of minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with skin diseases and sexually transmitted diseases, so as to provide effective reference basis for clinical treatment. Methods: a total of 30 patients with skin diseases and sexually transmitted diseases treated in our hospital from January 2022 to March 2022 were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into three groups (10 cases in each group) according to the type of disease. Observation group 1 (non gonococcal urethritis), observation group 2 (acne) and observation group 3 (skin infection). Different doses of minocycline hydrochloride were implemented according to the condition, and the total effective rate was compared. Results: after two weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of observation group 1 was 80%, observation group 2 was 70%, and observation group 3 was 100%. The highest rate was observed in the three groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the analysis shows that minocycline hydrochloride can play an obvious clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of dermatological and venereal diseases, accelerate the recovery time of patients and improve the prognosis of patients, especially for patients with skin infection. It has the most significant therapeutic effect and high availability. Therefore, it is suggested to vigorously promote this treatment scheme.
