| 摘要 |
神经外科术后疼痛是患者术后最常见的症状之一，不仅影响患者的生活质量，还可能引发一系列严重的并发症，因此本文分析神经外科术后疼痛管理中应用综合性疼痛护理的效果及对生活质量的影响。方法 对在我院进行神经外科手术治疗的患者进行研究，对比不同护理措施两组患者应用效果。结果 观察组疼痛评分为（2.43±0.95）、生活质量评分为（90.52±±1.89），对照组疼痛评分为（4.55±1.38）、生活质量评分为（73.84±±1.08），P＜0.05说明存在对比意义。结论 对神经外科手术患者实施综合性疼痛护理，效果确切，应在医学临床中广泛应用。

| Abstract |
Objective Pain after neurosurgery is one of the most common symptoms of patients after surgery, which not only affects the quality of life of patients, but also may lead to a series of serious complications. Therefore, this paper analyzes the effect of comprehensive pain care in neurosurgery postoperative pain management and its impact on quality of life. Methods The patients who underwent neurosurgery in our hospital were studied, and the effects of different nursing measures were compared between the two groups. Results The pain scores and life quality scores of the observation group were (2.43±0.95) and (90.52± 1.89), and the pain scores and life quality scores of the control group were (4.55±1.38) and (73.84± 1.08), P < 0.05 indicating comparative significance. Conclusion Comprehensive pain nursing for neurosurgical patients is effective and should be widely used in clinical medicine.
