| 摘要 |
探究分析超声实时引导穿刺在疑难内瘘中的临床应用。方法 时间：2020年1月至2024年2月，对象：接受血液透析且存在疑难内瘘的患者共30例，分组：2020年1月至2022年1月的患者为对照组，采用传统盲穿法穿刺，2022年2月至2024年2月的患者为观察组，采用超声实时引导穿刺，对比两组一次穿刺成功率；透析充分性；不良事件发生率以及患者满意度。结果 观察组一次穿刺成功率、透析充分性以及满意度高于对照组，不良事件发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 超声实时引导穿刺可显著提升一次穿刺成功率以及透析充分性，改善患者不良事件发生率以及满意度，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application of ultrasound real-time guided puncture in difficult internal fistula. Methods From January 2020 to February 2024, a total of 30 patients receiving hemodialysis with difficult internal fistula were divided into: Patients from January 2020 to January 2022 were the control group and traditional blind puncture was adopted; patients from February 2022 to February 2024 were the observation group and real-time ultrasound guided puncture was adopted. The success rate of one puncture was compared between the two groups. Dialysis adequacy; Incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction. Results The success rate of puncture, dialysis adequacy and satisfaction of observation group were higher than control group, and the incidence of adverse events was lower than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Real-time ultrasound guided puncture can significantly improve the success rate of puncture and dialysis adequacy, and improve the incidence of adverse events and satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
