| 摘要 |
探讨HA280血液灌流串联血液透析治疗联合整体护理1例银屑病合并尿毒症患者的应用效果分析。方法 回顾性分析总结我中心收治的1例银屑病合并尿毒症患者的临床资料，观察肾功能、血清PTH、Hcy、血磷水平、炎症因子指标，以及皮肤皮疹、瘙痒症状变化。结果 肾功能、血清PTH、Hcy、血磷水平、炎症因子指标明显低于治疗前，皮肤皮疹、瘙痒症状明显改善，治疗效果好。结论 银屑病合并尿毒症患者应用HA280血液灌流串联血液透析治疗联合综合整体护理进行治疗，可调节机体内PTH、Hcy、血磷水平，有效抑制体内炎症反应，同时有效控制改善皮肤皮疹、瘙痒症状，治疗效果显著。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of HA280 hemoperfusion and hemodialysis combined with holistic nursing on a patient with psoriasis complicated with uremia. Methods The clinical data of a patient with psoriasis complicated with uremia treated in our center were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. The changes of renal function, serum PTH, Hcy, blood phosphorus level, inflammatory factors, skin rash and pruritis were observed. Results Renal function, serum PTH, Hcy, blood phosphorus level and inflammatory factors were significantly lower than before treatment, skin rash and itching symptoms were significantly improved, and the treatment effect was good. Conclusion The application of HA280 hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in patients with psoriasis complicated with uremia can regulate the levels of PTH, Hcy and blood phosphorus in the body, effectively inhibit the inflammatory response in the body, and effectively control and improve skin rash and itching symptoms, with significant therapeutic effects.
