| 摘要 |
分析儿童纤维支气管镜检查用时机关怀护理的价值。方法 随机均分2022年7月-2024年6月本院接诊纤维支气管镜检查患儿（n=120）。试验组采取时机关怀护理，对照组行常规护理。对比检查时间等指标。结果 关于检查时间和操作前准备时间：试验组只有（12.73±2.16）min、（30.45±5.79）s，对照组长达（15.09±2.71）min、（57.89±8.16）s，前者的时间相较于后者更短（P＜0.05）。依从性：试验组98.33%，对照组86.67%，前者相较于后者更高（P＜0.05）。护理质量：试验组高达（98.03±0.91）分，对照组只有（91.52±1.59）分，前者相较于后者更高（P＜0.05）。不良事件：试验组1.67%，对照组13.33%，前者相较于后者更低（P＜0.05）。家属满意度：试验组96.67%，对照组85.0%，前者相较于后者更高（P＜0.05）。结论 儿童纤维支气管镜检查用时机关怀护理，患儿的检查效率更高，不良事件较少，护理质量也较好，依从性提升更加显著，家属满意度改善更为迅速。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of timing care in children with bronchofiberscopy. Methods The children admitted to our hospital for bronchofiberscopy from July 2022 to June 2024 were randomly divided (n=120). The experimental group took timing care nursing, and the control group took routine nursing. Compare check time and other indicators. Results The test time and preparation time before operation were (12.73±2.16) min and (30.45±5.79) s in the experimental group and (15.09±2.71) min and (57.89±8.16) s in the control group, and the time of the former was shorter than that of the latter (P < 0.05). Compliance: 98.33% in experimental group and 86.67% in control group, the former was higher than the latter (P < 0.05). The quality of nursing care was higher in the experimental group than in the control group (98.03±0.91) and (91.52±1.59) respectively (P < 0.05). Adverse events: 1.67% in experimental group and 13.33% in control group, the former was lower than the latter (P < 0.05). Family satisfaction: 96.67% in experimental group and 85.0% in control group, the former was higher than the latter (P < 0.05). Conclusion Children with bronchofiberscopy have higher examination efficiency, fewer adverse events, better nursing quality, more significant improvement in compliance, and more rapid improvement in family satisfaction.
