Objective To evaluate the effect and satisfaction of early functional rehabilitation exercise combined with humanistic care nursing in postoperative patients with breast cancer. Methods From April 2023 to April 2024, 30 patients receiving breast cancer surgery in our hospital were selected, and the data entry randomized software was used to divide them into 2 groups, 15 cases each. The control group received routine nursing. Early functional rehabilitation exercise combined with humanistic care nursing in the observation group were compared with pain degree, negative emotion, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The pain degree of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The negative emotion of observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early functional rehabilitation exercises combined with humanistic care nursing have significant effects in patients with breast cancer after surgery, which can reduce pain degree, improve negative emotions, improve quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction.
