Objective To explore and analyze the impact of continuous nursing on the quality of life of community patients with severe psychosis in stable period. Methods From January 2023 to January 2024, a total of 35 patients with severe mental illness in hospital were selected as the objects of this study. Based on the birth date of the patients, 35 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by using random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received continuous nursing, and the severity of the two groups were compared. Quality of life. Results PANSS scores of two groups before intervention; There was no significant difference in BPRS score (P > 0.05), PANSS score in observation group after intervention; The BPRS score was lower than that of control group (P < 0.05). The SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Continuous nursing can significantly improve the condition of patients and ensure the improvement of their quality of life, which is worthy of promotion and application.
