Objective This study was conducted on surgical children to analyze the effect of applying quality nursing in pediatric operating room nursing on postoperative recovery. Methods from January 2023 to January 2024, our surgical treatment as a research object (100 cases), according to the clinical care children into reference group (50 cases), select quality care children into the study group (50 cases), the two groups of nursing effect, and obtain data related to clinical research, data include: pain score, operation time, negative mood score, treatment compliance, complications, nursing satisfaction, integrate data, and compare the two groups. Results The pain score and operation time, the study groups were lower than the reference group (P <0.05); SAS and SDS scores, the study group was lower than the reference group (P <0.05); the total compliance rate was higher than the children in the reference group (P <0.05); the total incidence of complications in the study group (P <0.05); the total nursing satisfaction rate, and the study group was higher than the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the pediatric operating room nursing, the application of high-quality nursing can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of children, reduce the pain, reduce the operation time, relieve the bad mood of children, reduce the occurrence of complications, improve parental satisfaction, the application effect is ideal, which is worthy of promotion and application.
