| 摘要 |
分析综合护理对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者的影响效果。方法 选取2023年5月至2024年5月间收治的500例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者，采用随机数字表法分组方式将参与本次研究的患者分为观察组（综合护理）与参照组（常规护理）各250例，对比最终护理效果。结果 观察组术后疼痛评分低于参照组，睡眠质量评分低于参照组，生活活动能力评分高于参照组，并发症发生率低于参照组，呈P<0.05。结论 综合护理措施的应用，能够有效缓解降低术后疼痛感对其产生的影响，从而提高患者的睡眠休息质量保障患者具备充沛的精力，最终促进术后健康的有效恢复，提高其生活活动能力，能够有效预防并降低术后并发症发生率，可于临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods 500 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture admitted from May 2023 to May 2024 were divided into observation group (comprehensive care) and reference group (routine care) with 250 cases each by random number table method, and the final nursing effect was compared. Results The postoperative pain score, sleep quality score, activity of life score and complication rate of observation group were lower than those of reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing measures can effectively alleviate and reduce the influence of postoperative pain on patients, so as to improve the quality of sleep and rest of patients, ensure that patients have sufficient energy, and finally promote the effective recovery of postoperative health, improve their life activities, and effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which can be applied in clinical promotion.
