Objective To explore the intervention significance of cluster nursing in the emergency nursing of children with febrile convulsion, which can shorten the first aid time and improve the satisfaction of family members. Methods the subjects were 80 children with febrile convulsion who were hospitalized in the hospital from April 2020 to may 2022. They were divided into groups by digital parity method. One group of 40 patients was set as the control group. According to the doctors requirements, routine basic nursing was adopted. The other group was set as the observation group. The number of cases was 40. Cluster nursing was adopted to compare the differences of first aid and family satisfaction indicators between the groups. Results the first aid time, the time of convulsion and the time of high fever in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The nursing service attitude, nursing timeliness and nursing skill scores of the family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There were significant differences between the groups. Conclusion cluster nursing intervention can shorten the first aid time and symptom disappearance time of children, promote their rehabilitation, and increase the satisfaction of family members. It is suitable for grass-roots hospitals.
