Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of targeted care in the perioperative period on vision recovery and complications in patients with cataract and glaucoma. Methods Select 36 patients with cataract and glaucoma in our hospital (April 2023-September 2023) as the control group, and 36 patients admitted in October 2023-April 2024) (cataract and glaucoma were included in the observation group. 72 subjects were 65 years old and received surgical treatment to compare the perioperative nursing effect of the two groups. Results After the intervention, the visual recovery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the stress response, complications and hospital stay were significantly less than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing measures can effectively improve the clinical effect of ophthalmic perioperative care, have a significant positive impact on cataract and glaucoma patients, and have good performance in preventing stress response and complications, improving postoperative vision and nurse-patient relationship.
