| 摘要 |
本次文章重点探讨在儿科护理管理中应用柔性管理的临床效果。方法 获取45名2023年1月-2024年1月我院儿科护理人员相关信息，判定符合研究标准后纳入本次研究，护理人员工作期间对其进行分组行区别护理管理方法，参照组执行常规护理管理（22例），研究组执行柔性管理方法（23例），对比两组护理人员日常护理质量及考核成绩，统计相关数据，判定护理管理效果。结果 经数据统计显示，护理质量评分及考核成绩两组对比，研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）；两组数据均显示研究组具有优势性。结论 在儿科护理管理中应用柔性管理的效果理想，可全面提升儿科护理质量，增强服务效率，为儿童患者的健康成长起到关键性作用。

| Abstract |
Objective This paper focuses on the clinical effect of applying flexible management in pediatric nursing management. Methods for 45 in January 2023-January 2024, our pediatric nursing staff information, determine the research criteria into the study, nurses during the nursing management method, reference group perform routine nursing management (22 cases), the group perform flexible management method (23 cases), compare two groups of nursing staff daily nursing quality and assessment results, statistical data, determine the nursing management effect. Results According to the nursing quality score, the study group was higher than the reference group (P <0.05); both data showed that the study group is advantageous. Conclusion The effect of applying flexible management in pediatric nursing management is ideal, which can comprehensively improve the quality of pediatric nursing, enhance the service efficiency, and play a key role in the healthy growth of child patients.
