| 摘要 |
浅析手术患者采用持续质量改进模式进行住院期指导，为患者的手术安全提供高质量医疗服务。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年1月收治的手术患者500例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用持续质量改进模式，对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者的满意度高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组手术室护理质量高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对手术室患者实施持续质量改进模式的效果显著，有助于提升手术室质量，提高患者满意度，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the use of continuous quality improvement model for hospitalization guidance for surgical patients, so as to provide high-quality medical services for surgical safety of patients. Methods 500 surgical patients from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected, and the control group was treated with basic nursing. The observation group adopted continuous quality improvement mode to compare the clinical nursing effect. Results The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05); In addition, the quality of operating room nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing continuous quality improvement mode for operating room patients has significant effect, which is helpful to improve the quality of operating room and improve patient satisfaction, and is worth popularizing.
