预见性护理结合全面护理在泌尿系结石钬激光碎石术围术期的应用效果及舒适度评分研究

| 摘要 |
分析泌尿系结石钬激光碎石术围术期实施预见性护理结合全面护理的价值。方法 择取本院行钬激光碎石术共94例泌尿系结石患者，时段2022年11月至2023年11月。随机划分两组，每组47例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施预见性护理结合全面护理。观察两组术后恢复指标、舒适度、并发症。结果 相较对照组，观察组术后下床活动时间、导尿管拔除时间、住院时长均明显降低（P＜0.05）；观察组简化舒适状况评分（GCQ）明显提高（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率明显下降（P＜0.05）。结论 泌尿系结石钬激光碎石术围术期实施预见性护理结合全面护理能够加快术后恢复，提高舒适度，降低并发症风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of perioperative predictive nursing combined with comprehensive nursing in holmium laser lithotripsy of urinary calculi. Methods A total of 94 patients with urinary calculi underwent holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital from November 2022 to November 2023. They were randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received predictive nursing combined with comprehensive nursing. The postoperative recovery index, comfort level and complications were observed in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the time of getting out of bed, the time of catheter removal and the length of stay in the observation group were significantly reduced (P < 0.05). The simplified comfort score (GCQ) of the observation group was significantly increased (P < 0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly decreased (P < 0.05). Conclusion Preoperative nursing combined with comprehensive nursing during perioperative period of holmium laser lithotripsy can accelerate postoperative recovery, improve comfort level and reduce the risk of complications.
