| 摘要 |
检验医学科住院医师规范化培训是培养高素质检验专业人才的重要途径。本文通过分析检验医学科住院医师规范化培训的意义，总结目前培训过程中存在的主要问题，包括培训制度不完善、过程监管不足、考核体系不健全、培训模式陈旧等，并从完善培训制度、优化考核体系、创新培训模式、明确检验医师职责等方面提出相应的优化对策，以期为检验医学科医师规范化培训的健康发展提供参考。

| Abstract |
Standardized training for laboratory medicine specialists is an important way to cultivate high-quality laboratory professionals. This article analyzes the significance of standardized training for laboratory physicians, summarizes the main problems in the current training process, including incomplete training systems, insufficient process supervision, inadequate assessment systems, outdated training models, etc. Corresponding optimization measures are proposed from the aspects of improving the training system, optimizing the examination system, innovating training models, and clarifying the responsibilities of laboratory physicians, in order to provide reference for the healthy development of standardized training for laboratory medicine specialists.
