| 摘要 |
男性，76 岁，全身丘疹，声音嘶哑 8 年余。皮肤科检查：双侧眼睑增厚，睑缘可见串珠状丘疹，鼻尖、口周、颈部有密集的淡黄色粟粒状丘疹和结节，舌头肥大。组织病理学检查显示：表皮萎缩变薄，真皮全层和皮下脂肪层有大量均质的嗜酸性物质，PAS染色阳性。临床和组织病理学检查证实了LP的诊断。

| Abstract |
A 76-year-old male presented with generalized papules involving the entire body, and had hoarseness of voice for more than 8 years. Dermatology examination revealed thickened double eyelids with beaded papules observed on the eyelids, densely yellowish miliary-sized papules and nodules on the tip of the nose, around the mouth, and neck, and the tongue is hypertrophic. Histopathological examination showed： The epidermis shrinks and thins, and there is a large amount of homogeneous eosinophilic substance in the entire dermis and subcutaneous fat layer, The material was positive for PAS. Clinical and histological examination confirmed the diagnosis of LP.
