| 摘要 |
分析糖尿病患者行延续护理的影响。方法 2023年1月~2023年12月，于我院糖尿病就诊患者中选取78例，随机分组，分别将常规护理、延续护理给予对照组、观察组，分析组间价值。结果 干预后，观察组自护能力、遵医行为均较对照组更优（P<0.05）。结论 糖尿病患者行延续护理所获疗效显著，利于控制血糖，提高自护能力、遵医行为，值得应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the influence of continuing nursing care for diabetic patients. Methods From January, 2023 to December, 2023, 78 patients with diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and the value between the two groups was analyzed. Results After the intervention, the self-care ability and compliance behavior of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing care for diabetic patients is remarkable, which is beneficial to control blood sugar, improve self-care ability and compliance behavior, and is worthy of application.
