在当今医疗科技迅猛发展的背景下，医院外送基因检测服务作为精 准医疗的重要组成部分，其流程的规范化与标准化日益受到重视。本文旨在探 讨如何运用PDCA（Plan-Do-Check-Act）管理循环模型，对医院外送基因检测服 务流程进行全面梳理与优化，以提升服务质量，确保患者安全，推动医疗服务 的持续改进。

| Abstract |
In the context of the rapid development of medical science and technology, hospital delivery of genetic testing service as an important part of precision medicine, the standardization and standardization of its process has been paid more and more attention. This paper aims to explore how to apply PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) management cycle model to comprehensively sort out and optimize the service process of out-delivery genetic testing in hospitals, so as to improve service quality, ensure patient safety and promote continuous improvement of medical services.
