| 摘要 |
观察分析对血管外科介入术患者实施综合护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，收集60例血管外科介入术患者的临床资料，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组：常规护理，实验组：综合护理。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（综合护理）术后恢复时间、住院时间更短，生存质量评分更高，焦虑抑郁评分更低，睡眠质量评分更低（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理可以有效改善血管外科介入术患者预后，提高生存质量，改善睡眠与情绪状态，促进恢复，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing vascular surgery. Methods The clinical data of 60 vascular surgery interventional patients were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. Control group: usual care, experimental group: comprehensive care. Collect and analyze the nursing effect. Results Compared with the control group (usual care), the experimental group (comprehensive care) had was time, lower than the control group (usual care) (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the prognosis of vascular surgery interventional patients, improve the quality of life, improve sleep and emotional state, promote recovery, and has high application value.
