摘要	探讨手术室护理干预对预防胃肠道手术切口感染效果观察。方法选取该院2020年4月到2021年7月收治的胃肠道手术患者60例进行研究,平均分为两组,其中对照组30例,给予常规护理,观察组30例,给予优质手术室护理。比较两种护理手段对胃肠道手术患者感染控制效果以及临床疗效的影响。结果观察组患者手术切口感染控制效果均好于对照组，观察组的临床疗效高于对照组，2组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论手术室护理干预应用于胃肠道患者，能够有效控制患者的感染率，具有良好的临床应用价值，值得推行运用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in operating room on the prevention of gastrointestinal incision infection. Methods 60 patients with gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from April 2020 to July 2021 were selected for study. They were divided into two groups on average, including 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group, who were given routine nursing and high-quality operating room nursing. To compare the value of two nursing methods for patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery. Results the control effect of surgical incision infection in the observation group was better than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of operating room nursing intervention in gastrointestinal patients can effectively control the infection rate of patients. It has good clinical application value and is worthy of application.
