摘要	建筑装饰装修是建筑工程的重要环节，在保证装修质量的同时也要控制成本，确保装修工程在各个环节都遵循严格的管理制度。装修过程环节多，周期长，工序繁琐，作为项目管理者要重视工程预算，重点保存和整理好装修施工的合同和数据资料，同时也要注重施工质量，强化安全意识。
Abstract	Building decoration is an important link of construction engineering, while ensuring the quality of decoration, but also to control the cost, to ensure that the decoration project in each link to follow a strict management system.The decoration process has many links, long cycle, tedious process, as a project manager should pay attention to the project budget, focus on the preservation and arrangement of the decoration construction contract and data, but also to pay attention to the construction quality, strengthen safety awareness.
