Objective This study aims to explore the value of individualized nursing in the nursing of gallstone surgery. Methods Eighty patients with gallstones who underwent surgical treatment between April 2022 and April 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=40, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (n=40, receiving personalized care) using a random number table method. Compare the quality of life and psychological status (SAS, SDS scores) between two groups of patients. Results The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); At the same time, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing personalized care for patients undergoing gallstone surgery can help improve their psychological state, enhance their quality of life, and promote recovery.
